After Firestone's Lifetime Tire Balance and Alignment, rear brakes, and a " fixed steering pump" my Honda Pilot broke down on the drive back, and had to be towed...Twice! Once, to Firestone, where they diagnosed five different things wrong with the car- that their technicians and mechanics had not caused( if you believe that, I've got some land in Florida to sale you.) And that Firestone couldn't fix. My completely drivable car became undrivable during it's time at the Firestone. So, I had to send Discount Towing Service back to the terrible Firestone to pick up the Pilot and take it to a knowledgeable and skilled mechanic (unlike Firestone!). I loved my two experiences with Discount Towing Service. The driver was kind and friendly. Communication was great, and he took pictures of my car once he arrived at the correct destination. Muhammad Tomi is top notch! I give Discount Towing Service ten stars since I had to use them twice! I would recommend them again.
