I want to give a huge thank-you to Tina at O’Reilly in Powder Springs. I went in after realizing I had called her in regards to a part I was looking for that did not fit my car. been She immediately told me to come jn and she will help me find the correct one. When I explained what happened with my car and that I needed to drive back to Florida that night, the night before Thanksgiving she was genuinely concerned for my safety and did everything she possibly could to help. Tina went above and beyond — she reached out to every mobile mechanic she knew personally and gave me business cards within the store trying to help me find someone who could fix my car the same night. She didn’t have to do any of that, but she did, and her kindness meant everything in such a stressful moment. Listen… that kind of generosity is rare. She could’ve handed me the correct part and simply said “good luck,” but instead she stepped in with compassion, patience, and so much sweetness. Her customer service and willingness to go the extra mile truly stand out. People like Tina deserve real recognition — a promotion, a raise, something — because she exemplifies what true customer care looks like. I cannot thank her enough for her quick thinking, her warmth, and for turning a situation where I felt stuck into one where I finally had hope again. Thank you Tina if you do see this!! You are amazing!!!

My husband recently passed away and he always handled the car stuff. I am lost without him. I needed a new low beam bulb for my car and Fedor came to my rescue and installed it for me. He went way above and beyond to help me and he was so kind. I am so very appreciative! Thank you, Fedor for your kindness and blessing!
