Second truck we've bought from here. Overall good experience. I had 3 requests, diesel, within my range for monthly payment, and gooseneck hitch. Chase had a diesel, they got in my range for payment and he briefly lifted the bed liner and said there's a gooseneck hitch under there. Get ready to put a ball in the hitch and hook up a trailer and there is a hole but no hitch in there.

I bought a brand new Ram 2500 Laramie from this dealership last year. Everyone was friendly, easy to deal with and the salesperson was great. However, shortly after this purchase, I noticed a very bad vibration when driving at certain speeds (now the vibration is constant when moving). I have taken the truck back to this dealer three times for this only to be told the third time that the problem is bad tires and they don’t warranty tires, even the brand new defective Firestone tires that came on the truck they sold me! So for the last several months, I have been dealing with Firestone directly to get these tires replaced but they are refusing to do so because they were discontinued before the dealer sold me the truck and Firestone doesn’t warranty discontinued tires! I thought dealerships were suppose to stand behind the vehicles they sell regardless of the problem. I never thought buying a new vehicle under warranty would result in so much hassle and additional out-of-pocket expenses to resolve an issue like this. The vibration in this truck is so bad that my wife refuses to ride in it anymore. Additionally, my dog, who never had a problem riding in any of my other trucks, now gets car sick! It looks like I will have to spend $1,500-$2,000 for a brand new set of tires and hope that is actually fixes the problem.
