This is a small owned business with one mechanic that is extremely overloaded and you are at least a week if not more out to get a repair. I was completely disappointed because the owner did a diagnostic on our vehicle and then said I had to bring it back for him to do the full diagnostic work, because he only connected it to a computer And gave me a print out and that cost me $85. But he told me I would have to bring it back and leave it for 2 to 3 days so he can do all of these checks but I could never get on his calendar. I asked him can he just refund my money and he said no and this is why I’m giving it a two star because the owner has no concept of how to run a business. All he can do is complain that there’s no good mechanics out there and he’s all by herself but I don’t believe that I believe he’s a poor business owner and if you want a real one, go somewhere else. He replies that he would credit me the $85 towards the repair. But you want to keep my vehicle for an indefinite period time and you admitted you have over 30 cars that you are working on. You need to hire help.
