Our family found ourselves in a tough spot when our truck broke down on I15 while pulling our 5th wheel in the dark halfway through our 16 hour drive heading to Nevada for vacation. Just a quick call to M&W & we were off the road. LT really went over & above for us. Helping us diagnose the issue. He ran us around & helped get us back on the road on a Saturday. I can't say enough good things about his kindness & just general goodness! Our family will forever be grateful.

I ordered a tire from Tire Rack. They recommended M&W Diesel. When I called for an appointment they promptly set a time to bring my car in a day later. I really appreciated not having to wait any longer as I was driving on my spare. Everything went smoothly and I was on my way in 20 minutes. I think they were very professional and I would recommend them. If I have a tire problem again I will call them .

The business is extremely unprofessional. They do not stand behind their work. They steal stuff out of your vehicle while it is there. They will quote you a price on one thing. And then find 10 other things, not fix them and still bill you for it. No, they pull parts off your vehicle. And put used ones to replace them. Just recently got my truck back after 9 months. I'm sitting there at their shop for warranty work on a transmission that they Built and put together after spending $5000. For more parts and labor on a supposed warranty claim LT originally stated. He would get it taken care of than wouldn't answer the phone I wouldn't take anything to these people extremely dishonest and will rob you blind and not fix your car
