My sister was driving from Coeur d'Alene to Meridian by herself and started having car issues as she approached Cottonwood. She came here and they looked at her truck right away, and got her back on the road in an hour. She could not stop talking about how well everyone treated her and how they helped her so quick. I cannot recommend this place enough! Came in 30 minutes before they were closing. I was frantic because my car was having major issues and I'm from out of town. After explaining my situation they looked over my car discovered it was a broken belt and stayed late to get me back on the road and didn't overcharge me. Absolutely amazing people

Our radiator hose blew near Cottonwood on our way to see our son in Moscow, they drove out and patched it on the side of the road for us and got us going. At 5 on a Friday. I can’t express our gratitude enough. We are forever grateful for these people!!!!
