Glad to have a parts store in the area but if I have the time, I'd rather drive to Preston... Better prices and it seems like nearly everything I need, it has to be ordered and it's ALWAYS days out (even when they promise it will be there the next day)... That, and they rarely call you when they say they will. I know there isn't much for immediate competition in the area, but the service leaves much to be desired. Somehow, you leave with the impression you're an inconvenience and should be grateful they bothered...

Shout out to Trevor for going above and beyond with great service! Knowledgeable, polite,helped with parts list to repair a broken coolant hose on my Kenworth. Thank you,sir! Store was very well stocked and organized. All around they made an aggravating circumstance almost enjoyable.

We had a fuel injector O-ring issue (might've been my mistake). right when they opened Tim got us on the schedule as soon as possible and Dylan got it fixed right away! They were very fast. This was important because we were traveling on vacation with a lot of kids. Excellent service, considerate, and kind individuals. We are very grateful ? thank you!
