Driving through Boise, Idaho and my Crankshaft Damper decided to break off ? Not only did it break off, but it also created a ton of additional damage. Given me a total repair bill costing way more than I wanted to spend. (Rush Truck Centers are straight crooks). Pressed into a desperate situation, I ok'd Rush to proceed with repairs. Now here's where the truck God's looked out for me! Crankshaft Damper was on backorder ? no idea when it will be available. I am livid and definitely sitting between a rock and a hard place. My next phone call was to Golden Idaho. I explained my situation to the owner, and he simply replied, yes I have the part ? This mechanic shop is also a salvage yard. What a blessing. Not only did he have everything that I needed new and used, but he was also able to put 2 mechanics on the job and got it done that day. I can't be more thankful for the service and their commitment to get my truck completed knowing I'm behind schedule. In my opinion, he's one you can trust. I highly recommend this company.
