My husband and I just bought 2 vehicles from the most recent auction. We went the day before and checked out about 6 cars. We had already been bidding but it definitely helped us decide what we really wanted. Rudy was outstanding and very helpful! We picked up the vehicles the next day and it was a fantastic experience. Rudy knew which car we wanted and celebrated with us that we had the winning bid. Pickup was really easy and fast. The entire staff made everything so fun. I would highly recommend previewing the vehicles before purchasing. A few we checked out had ticks and belt noises but were perfectly functional. These are used cars! You always take a chance buying used, but these are honest people.

I’ve been going to Truck and Auto for over a decade, and the customer service has truly never changed. I still remember sitting in the old auction room holding a paddle—that’s how long I’ve been coming here. Through all these years, the team has remained top-notch, consistent, and genuinely willing to help. There are a couple of individuals who really deserve special recognition. Brooke always does what’s right for the customer, no matter what, and Rudy consistently goes above and beyond. Their dedication and professionalism make a real difference. What I love most is walking in and being greeted by name. It says everything about the relationships they build and the pride they take in their service. It’s rare to find a place that still delivers the same great experience year after year, and Truck and Auto absolutely does. Highly recommend.

I'm in the Walla Walla area so buying a car at auction from a distance can be a challenge. Laynie at T&A Auctions in Nampa has been an amazing asset to me to provide me with extra information to make a more informed buying decision. She completely went out of her way to provide extra pictures for me, gave me some invaluable feedback as to questions I had about a few vehicles, and her customer service skills and personality truly stand out to make me want to bid and win on future Nampa T&A Auctions. She's the type of individual you hope to find helping you in an auction setting. Great people instill confidence in sales when you can't do your own due dilligence in person.
