Ryan is the best!!! He helped us get a skid steer out of the mud within two minutes. He was very kind and optimistic. He definitely is very experienced and knew exactly what to do with our situation. He is also has very very reasonable price. I highly recommend him and his services.

Had my vehicle towed which is a rare vehicle 1 of 28 ever built. Driver was nice, however I would never trust them to tow a high end vehicle again. I had a flat tire, he did not use blocks and left his hooks and chain on ramp which I had to have him stop after completely folding my front valance driving up onto the chains. He then grabbed blocks and moved the chain. On the delivery instead of putting blocks back out he just drove it off while folding the valance in the other direction and scraping it down the ramp. If it were any other vehicle I could see it not being a big deal, but he didn't seem to care either way.

A couple weeks ago we had a short tow in Rathdrum, think the tow truck driver was Taylor. He was extremely careful with our lower riding car. Would use BRT again!
