Leo, John , amd Travis gave me great customer service. The first time I went in John helped me with the diagnostic testing to see why my car was acting up. Not only did they help me with that but Leo put oil in my car for me because I was a quart low. The 2nd time I went in to buy something Travis was at the register and he too had very good customer service(: we are losing good customer service so it’s greatly appreciated when you go someplace and the employees go the extra mile.amd they did it with a smile

I've never really had strong feelings about AutoZone - usually I just go to whatever parts store is closest. But this location completely changed my mind. I had just bought a car and was getting ready for a road trip from Washington to Los Angeles when the car suddenly died. CarMax wanted me to tow the car to the dealer, and I was stuck trying to figure out if they would reimburse me for a new battery. With only about 30 minutes before closing, I came to this AutoZone to see if they could help. Travis was awesome - respectful, careful with my car, quick with the install, and genuinely fun to talk to. He turned what had been a really stressful situation into a smooth fix. This AutoZone just became my favorite. I'll definitely be back.
