I broke down on August 6th for clutch sensor , I got towed to them , installed sensor failed at first due to clutch and after bought new clutch, found out clutch actuator was needed in order to program the transmission sensor, whole repair was $7360 but that’s fair, i tried to ask for discount, denied. They got me back on highway by Tuesday afternoon, they took me to a hotel and picked me, I appreciated that.

Be cautious using this company, they came out for road service to replace a water pump. The owner refused to let the tech fix my truck in a well lit gas station parking lot. So the tech had to sit there while I performed most of the work myself. I am grateful that the tech picked up my parts to do the job but am not grateful for the fact that a job that takes 1hour to 1.5 hours gets stretched out to 3 hours because the tech was told not to work on my truck but sit here and get paid to watch me do it. After reading some reviews they must have a relationship with a tow company to get kickbacks from being towed to their shop. Even while being asked are they sure they can do the job before arriving on site. First time in my life I paid someone to watch me work. I woulda gave one star if it weren’t for how professional the actual tech that was sent out was. After watching me he finally assisted in getting my truck finished so I could make it to my grandmothers funeral on time. Big thanks to him he deserves better treatment and I hope this wasn’t a play just to extend the job. The rates the company provide are great not sure on the price of parts yet I’m waiting to see how inflated that’s gonna be
