Unbelievable. These guys saved my bacon. I made a mistake when ordering online. I got back to the store at closing time. Blake held the door for me AND they had the correct part in stock. So grateful for good people and available parts. I can't say enough about how impressed I am with this store.

Kind of a smallish auto parts store, but the service has improved significantly, from when they first opened. I did find a good deal on gear oil at my last visit.

Update: I have lived in Star for one year. The first time I went to Napa I was assisted by Gabe, a young, personable, and very helpful young man and I pledged to continue patronizing this location for all of my auto parts needs. Today I went there, again for a headlight bulb on the driver's side, which is what I purchased less than a year, so that is odd. Not saying that Napa sold me a faulty part, but maybe I have an electrical issue with my car? Something for me to think about. Anyway, I was assisted by a woman, and though I didn't notice her name, her nametag said she was an assistant store manager. Unfortunately, she had the stereotypical personality for a person in the auto parts and service industry, which is to say she was unsmiling, unfriendly, and made virtually no eye contact. Just not a people person. She looked at her computer screen, mumbling about the system not working properly, and took forever to find my part. When she showed me to the section and picked out the part, she still seemed unsure of herself as to whether it was the correct headlight bulb. At that point I was really feeling uncomfortable with going through with the transaction, wondering if she would give me the right part. I wanted to leave. That decision was made easy when I got to the register and their system would not allow me to pay with a credit card. She asked me if I had cash, I said "No", and started to leave, and she gave me an apology that seemed to me to lack any sincerity. I went to O'Reillys, where a nice gentleman got my part right away. I'll be going there from now on for my auto needs. First review: My wife and I recently moved to Star from CA. After an unfortunate experience at the local hardware store, I was in need of some parts in order to once again make functional the front license plate bracket for my 2018 RAV4. I needed the clip nuts for the bracket and came to Napa Auto Parts, which is very close to my home. I was greeted with a smile by Gabe and he immediately offered his help. I showed him the part I needed and he assured me that he had it in stock. Unfortunately, I did not bring the bracket with me and so I had to make another trip home. When I returned with the bracket, Gabe quickly matched the part to it. I purchased it, installed it in the parking lot, and was on my way. I told Gabe I was new to the area and he told me that if I had any questions or needed any help, he was very happy to assist me. What a great experience and Gabe and Napa Auto Parts are my new friends for all of my auto parts needs.
