⸻ ⭐☆☆☆☆ Customer service here is very poor. I was left on hold for over 16 minutes with no explanation, and the call was disconnected. I called back twice more and the sales representatives were extremely rude and unprofessional. Employees need to remember that they are not doing customers a favor — their salary comes from the sales they make and from customer satisfaction. This kind of behavior damages the company’s reputation and drives potential clients away. I strongly suggest that management and upper executives step in and keep their staff in order, because poor customer service can cost the business in the long run.

I have been working with Ritchie for 2 years now ordering parts over the phone and he is the best! He' s very helpful and goes out of his way to make sure the part is correct as sometimes i have no clue what i need. Thank you Ritchie !

I sent a set of four wheels for a 92 ford mustang to be refurbished. Joe took the order the pick up was a mess as the drivers keep showing up to my shop way before we open or when some one is here typically 830 and when we tell them they still show up early and they don't pick up in afternoons then the wheels came back with ripples on 3 of 5 spokes the wheel guy that had 8 years powder coating blaming it on the wheels age which is weird but okay not including the one wheel that was damaged and clear coated over we sent back with permanent marker marking the wheels with defects they denied to do the work again blaming it on the wheels age the marker then damaged the clear coat along with what ever chemical they used to take it off they had us pick it up because it was now our problem and the manager at the location told Joe to state its denying any work and repair to the damage due to the age of the wheel. Now we are going to install the wheels as is telling our client we are going to not charge him but as we were putting them on now realizing it's a completely different shade from o.e.m called again and this time was told by the wheel warehouse again well that's the color and it's always like that well look at the pictures and tell me it's like that to give poor refurbished quality now I have to buy new wheels that are matching in color to take care of my client.
