So I had a car accident and got my car towed by them not even a 15 minute drive and they wanted to charge me 300$ for just the tow and I was not even getting my car back. They wanted 300$ plus the title if I wanted to get my things out. I also didn’t know how much the tow was going to be because the cops called it for me. And I called the owner and offered the title and at least 150$ just so I can get my things out and told him he could keep my car because unfortunately I don’t have the money to get it out nor I have the money for another tow. and they told me no nor willing to work anything out with me. Sadly 1 star because 300$ is outrageous for not even a 2 mile drive tow. Also my sister even offered to call for me and the employee who answered was passive aggressive and rude while my sister was being polite and nice to him.
