Last Saturday (12/13/2025) I called MNK Truck Center (Volvo) in Joliet around 3:15 PM and was told the part was in stock and that if I arrived before 3:30 PM, they would sell it to me. I arrived at 3:28 PM, but the gate was already locked. I spoke with the same employee I had talked to on the phone, and he refused to sell me the part, saying they were closed, even though it was still before closing time. Because of this, my truck was down and I lost two days waiting for the same part, which could have been avoided. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service
