My car was towed due to a car accident a few days ago and I called W&W towing to inquire about the situation. I spoke to a guy named Larry and he was very pleasant, empathetic, and understanding. He answered my questions with patience and the kind of week I've had the kindness was definitely much needed. Kindness can make or break people and it really made my day a little better. The price is a lot when you just don't have it and it's an added expense you didn't plan for but it's not as bad as it could be so I'm grateful for that. Because of Larry's kindness I felt it important to leave a review on my interaction. Thanks again Larry.

People were very friendly and helpful when we needed to get personal belongings from a car. The man who was at the crash site was the same man who helped us. He gave a lot of input to our family member who was involved in the crash. Very nice guy.
