They have signs everywhere offering a free veriscan and the guy told me that he couldn’t do it because he was the only one there. Could be a staffing issue for the day but what’s the point of offering a service and then getting annoyed by customers asking for it?

In a convenient location but unfortunately they didn't have the additive that I'm looking for. Also friendly staff greeted me at the front door.

I had the worst customer experience this morning at this place. They open at 7:30am. I got there at 7:50am. I was the only one in the parking lot. I go into the store, no one was in sight. I yelled out 'Hello'. No one answered me. I hear someone grumbling. I walk through the store toward the sound and it was a male employee there in one of the aisles straightening one of the products on the racks. I said good morning to him. He did not respond nor did he acknowledge me. So I assumed he was not in a good mood. So I said 'would you be able to help me? I need a diagnostic test ran on my car. He finally looks up, turns and walk towards me and say. "I'm the only person in the store. I can't leave out the store. You will have to come back at 1:00pm, that is when someone else will be here with me." I politely said 'okay, I understand. I will just go to another store.' And I left out and went to AutoZone right next O'Reilly.
