In 2023, my father-in-law paid Solutions Auto Group $4,000 cash to replace the transmission in one of his vehicles. Despite having the car for over a year, the transmission was never repaired or replaced. When we finally picked up the vehicle to fix it ourselves, the mechanic promised that the $4,000 would be refunded within one week. It has now been more than a week, and no refund has been issued. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!

Brandy at the front desk is such a hard worker and very friendly to everyone! Lavonte found what was wrong with my car in a timely manner and explained the issue clearly to me, even showing me the part and the specific area that was broken. They made sure the repair was covered under my warranty, gave me a ride home while my car was being repaired, and even delivered it to me at home after it was done! Great place!
