I get a lot of snow and Ice parts for here Sandi is very professional and I give 5 stars. How ever I would give 5 start to Central Parts unfortunately I cannot because prices are usually on the higher end and very really do they have OEM Boss parts or other OEM parts in stock which I get it some aftermarket is okay and better and cheaper but when you need that one critical OEM part and if you need them to order it in then man you are stuck waiting and waiting and for parts to come in. Ya I understand that shipping takes time and they don't have control over it but some wait times I have experienced was really long. For some reason other places seem to get there orderd parts in fairly quicker so that is my only problem other than that I have no problems and will continue to support as much as I can and Keep Central Parts on my list of snow and ice parts supplier.

Where do I start I called for two days and phone cut you off after holding for almost, 20 minutes. Then I finally got someone not only she was unprofessional answering phone with food in her mouth but was rushing me as she stated she was hungry. Wow then we purchased a very expensive piece and trying to get it reinstall she was no help not even compassionate about trying to help. I guess they are nice until they get your money. We will be taking out other 6 trucks somewhere else as they are not professional and don't provide services to help customers i can understand if they don't provide that service but I guess it could be related better.

0 customer support. cant even get a hold of them or response to an email. They ship using NON DUTY PAID option and don't inform you anywhere, so your bill is going to have an extra couple hundred dollars when your done. Ordered my item over a month ago, was told shipping would be roughly 7-10 business days. They didn't even get it out of their warehouse until then.
