Was just in here to do a return and to get some light bulbs? The guy rings out my return. I go to get my light bulb off The shelf and stand at the counter for a couple minutes and both employees are dealing with an online order instead of dealing with both the customers that are standing At the counter waiting smh so instead I walked out because it's in middle of a snow storm. Nobody's trying to be out and you're dealing with an online order That isn't even there yet instead of the customers right in front of your face. 615pm December 11th

Sunday evening my husband I were returning from a trip to Iowa. Upon driving over the Illinois bridge, the truck was driving funny. Someone behind us alerted us that the front passenger wheel was coming off. We quickly pulled into Hardees. Sunday evening about 5:30pm and an hour and a half from home, there isn't much open to help. We found O'Reilly and called. Anthony was GREAT and went out of his way to make sure we had the correct part and even delivered it since we were stranded. He had to go back to the store to close. When he got back to the store he sent a friend with the tools needed to help us. Reece stayed and helped repair. Anthony came back to help when he finished closing. We had 5 of the 6 studs missing. Havana, you should be proud of these 2 and also other who stopped to help or even make sure we were okay and didnt need anything. We hope to come thru town again, but on better terms. If you need anything, Anthony and the staff at O'Reilly are great!! Thanks again!
