We've dealt with Bill a lot (beat up 20+ year old Jeep Wrangler mail delivery vehicle, so you can imagine) and his guys have always come through for us for driveshaft, u-joints and general old car stuff. When the time came for a transmission rebuild he referred it to another great shop. Always personable, pretty quick, reasonable prices and not once have I ever felt like I was being jerked around. The only downside is that he runs a very busy shop but I wouldn't say that's his fault.
