J & K provided very fast service and assistance recently while I needed help on the side of I-57. Very grateful they were able to assist!! Very scary being stranded on the interstate. Another tow company quoted me way more money and would’ve taken them at least 90 minutes to even get out to me. Would recommend J & K!

J&K was called to an accident to tow a vehicle outside my business. There was a disabled vehicle along with broken glass to get the driver out of the car. The area was left worse after the “clean up” occurred. The tow driver was ill equipped to do his job he was hired to do. He was tried to use a shovel to scrape the glass into a pile. When this method was not success, we proceeded to take scoops and swipes at a large amount of glass that was on the pavement and throw the shards into the grass next to parking lot. The tow driver left with scattered glass over the parking lot and made things worse by flinging scoops of shards of glass into the near by grass. The equivalent of sweeping dirt under a rug and calling it clean. I called the owner to tell him the situation. He at first denied this would ever happen. I told him I had the whole incident on my security camera. He then proceeded to tell me they video taped as well but would not meet to show him my footage. He then proceeded to make excuses saying the glass pieces get imbedded in the asphalt and cannot be cleaned up perfectly. Due to me needing to have a parking lot without glass all over it I used a broom and it brushed up perfectly. Now I am left with multiple shovel full shards of glass thrown and scattered in grass that will be very time consuming and difficult to clean up. The owner was rude, dishonest, unapologetic, and tried make excuses for his lack of effort. I could not imagine ever using his services for anything with how he runs his business. Even with confronted with the shortfall of the driver with video proof he was still defiant. I couldn’t imagine getting my car worked on by this business. If he is dishonest with video proof imagine what he is charging and doing behind closed doors of his shop.
