Very happy with MB Wrecking, which demo'd my old garage on the southwest side of Chicago. Joel was very professional, provided a written quote and an insurance certificate within 1 day, and once selected, secured the permit within 10 days, and completed the job within 2 weeks. Performed the work in 1/2 day, and did a thorough job cleaning up the site. Even installed a fence along the alley to secure the back yard. I would highly recommend this firm.

I had a great experience working with Joel & MBR Wrecking, Inc., for my demolition service. Joel was very professional and extremely knowledgeable regarding all permitting requirements. The company always responded quickly to any questions or concerns I had about the entire demolition process. Most notably, Joel was exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond when I experienced challenges in dealing with regulatory and permitting city agencies. Without his insight into the bureaucratic processes and bringing in additional resources, the entire ordeal would have been much more arduous and stressful.
