I recently purchased a 45 ton National Crane from Runnion. The whole purchase experience with the salesperson, Mike, was exceptional. When I got it home, I had some problems with an outrigger. One of their mechanics, Chad Rupp, drove down with a service truck to help repair the issues. Chad’s professionalism and extensive knowledge of the crane helped identify and fix the issues accurately. Chad drove 4 hours to pick up parts and stayed on the job until it was completed. His attention to detail and willingness to work with me bring great credit on himself and Runnion Crane.
