Really awful company, stay away and be aware! My elderly mom got into an accident and Glenview police subcontracts with Genes for towing. We came to pick up a car less than 4 hrs later. The fee that is documented is $185 but they charged us $385! Completely bogus surcharges! They charged extra $100 because the keys were not in the car. My mom stayed there the whole time and was right next to the car while it was being towed but no one asked her for the keys! Then extra $50 for material disposal? No parts fell off the car, what disposal? Just be aware!!!

Just got my car towed due to parking where I shouldn’t have. My mistake. Paid 350. Credit cards are not allowed. Witnessed a fun interaction, I understand people might not Be fans of tow companies but respect goes both ways.

An uncomfortable encounter with one of guys in the lot made this incident so much worse than needed. There was a nice older man who helped me get my car out. But the 2 young guys in the lot ignored me to let me out and another yelled at me from across the lot. Having workers who harass patrons cause for hostile encounters. Spoke with Larry who was dismissive.
