My sister called this phone number as the Orland Park police department recommended this company to help her and her boyfriend out with a jump start. THE POLICE DEPARTMENT RECOMMENDED THEM! Just for them to laugh at her and say “You’re supposed to call your friend to jump start your car”. Why would the police department refer them to my sister and waste everyone’s time if she’s just supposed to call her friend? Your company is useless, uncaring and unprofessional. You probably are better off calling a friend or asking someone nearby for help which is sad because your whole business model is based on providing tow and recovery services and also shows 24/7 roadside assistance. The fact that this company hires incompetent people who don’t understand how their business works, speaks volumes. Do not use this company at all if you want peace of mind. Find a better company or use your insurance or warranty roadside service. *UPDATE* now they are accusing me of threatening their employee when the fact was I said I will be looking at ways to get the government involved like the BBB or State Attorney and have a person who heard me say this. As well as saying my sister is lying when there was two other people who witnessed the phone call. No one called for a free service, she called to see if they can help and instead of them showing common decency, they gave attitude and were disrespectful.

Horrible. The lady on the phone was horrible. Rude. She laughed at me when my boyfriend needed a jumpstart on his car. Then she said I have to pay $150 even if the service doesn’t work. People that work at companies like this are supposed help people, not belittle them. I will never ever understand people like that. DO NOT EVER CALL THIS PLACE. EVER. you will get HORRIBLE service. **I never said it should be a free service. I stated that I would never pay $150 if she can’t guarantee me they will fix the car. She continued to interrupt me and be rude. So I hung up the phone and called the next place to help us.

Sadly this company was recommended by the Orland Park Police Department to assist my daughter at night time and needed a battery jump. The unprofessional lady whom answered had the audacity to laugh at her & then say you should call a friend. Then stated that if she wants them to come out it would be $150 whether it starts or not. I’m sure if you read this and have a family member in need you should definitely NOT rely on this company.
