From the quote process to finished work, Schmierbach Auto was top notch. We got a replacement trunk lid, and refinished some rusting paint spots. Mike went above and beyond our expectations and returned us, what felt like a brand new vehicle. Everything was affordable and done in a timely manner. Amazing job!

Was a family friend who did insurance work on my truck before, skipped part of that repair to "have a credit for next time." I brought my truck for another insurance claim, this time insurance sent the money to me instead of him. He wanted to charge more than reasonable prices and never told me the amount of my "credit" from the first insurance claim. I trusted him despite my family member telling me to be careful. He is now refusing to do the work or reply to my texts to have the truck brought back to my home so I can get it to another shop. Very poor service and seems business ethics as well.
