I have an older Dodge Caravan wheelchair van that recently broke down on Superbowl Sunday. I called Classic towing and they had a tow truck to my location in a quick amount of time. The business owner, Mike, is a honest and awesome person and will treat you fair. He and Ray made my tow a priority due to my disability and the situation I was in. Ray, the auto mechanic is a super nice honest person too and repaired my van the following week. From the tow to my van repair at a fair price. Great job by all. Much appreciated!?

Crooks won’t allow me to get my own property out of my vehicle even with providing legal proof. My car was taken there after and accident I left with a concussion and wasn’t my fault that my car was even in there possession I have AAA so I could’ve gotten my own tow if I was able too. The woman at the desk is rude talked to me like I was some criminal when I came to get my belongings and still won’t allow me to get them without speaking with insurance company

Hardly anywhere to park when visiting the office. I also gave the front desk my verbal consent for my insurance’s tow company to pick it up and she told the company that I did not. The fact that I clearly stated that I wanted to authorize them to pick it up and she lied to them right out of the gate is appalling. She mentioned my post on Facebook over the phone so I’m assuming that it was out of retaliation. The man who helped me after an accident was super kind and helpful. I wish I remembered his name because he was wonderful. If only the front desk was as kind.
