I was there dumping clean concrete And there were about a hand full of bricks They charged me like it was regular construction garbage . And on top of that I requested 3 scoops of gravel bob cat 1/2 yard scoop. Im a contractor I know is about 1 1/2-2 the most. They rude told me close to 4 tons. End up paying about 400 for something that should be 100 to 150 the most. I know we don't have control over their scale. But contractors knows their weights. Bad experience

pressed #4 on the automatic phone menu and the guy on the phone was very rude. learn how to talk to customers on the phone. if you don’t like your job, work somewhere else. Also asked for pricing on salt bags and he said $40 for 50LB bags??? You gotta be joking me. You lost a big customer.

I called about about dumping bricks. The guy on the phone told me 35$/ton. I came, was told to weigh, dump first, then weigh again. I dumped a concrete/brick mix. My receipt showed I dumped 500lbs. The guy in the window charged me 85$. When asked about the 35$/ton, the guy explained that it was a different material. I didn’t want to argue, so I paid. Just felt like I was overcharged. Not sure if they have 1 ton minimum charges and they charged this as construction waste which is $80/ton, so I’m not sure if I was treated fairly. Easy place to dump though, and it is open on Sundays. I wish there was more openness/transparency on the pricing. I probably wouldn’t have dumped if I knew I was going to pay 85$ for half a pickup load.
