I showed up in 0 degree weather right below closing- my battery unable to live another day. I was met by a charismatic fella named Brandon Grube. I didn't have sufficient tools, Brandon made sure i was able to install the battery as smoothly as possible. He went above and beyond to make the experience excellent. It was so smooth that i happily purchased a second battery for another vehicle- well before i had intended to replace it. Great experience. thank you, guys. thank ya, Brandon!
