I love my local O'Reilly's location. The store is always very organized, cleaned and the staff is always so helpful. Danielle solves all my problems and makes great recommendations for my vehicle maintenance. I am so thankful for all the great people here ?

I’m not usually one to leave bad reviews or complain. The employees did help me when I asked a question about the type of oil my vehicle requires, so I do want to acknowledge that. However, I was extremely uncomfortable with the conversation taking place between a female and male employee while I was in the store with my two children, ages 9 and 12. The discussion involved references to “getting high,” being “stoned,” and even comments about working better while stoned. On top of that, there was excessive use of profanity that could be heard throughout the store. This type of language and conversation is completely inappropriate in a public retail environment—especially when customers and children are present. As a result, I felt so uncomfortable that I had to send my kids out to the car. Now I’m left having to explain to them what those terms mean, which is not something I should have to deal with after a routine trip to an auto parts store. This was actually my first visit to this location, and unfortunately it left a very poor impression. I believe there is a serious need for additional employee training regarding professionalism and appropriate workplace behavior. The assistance I received was appreciated, but the overall experience was unacceptable.

I visited this O'Reilly location two days ago and had a very disappointing experience. A bald white male employee pointed me toward the wipers but refused to answer my questions or help with installation. His attitude felt dismissive, and it seemed like he treated me and my parents differently because of our skin color. I returned today to exchange the wipers and had a completely different experience -- a young woman with blue eyes and long blonde hair was extremely helpful and respectful. This store needs more employees like her and serious action taken regarding the behavior of the employee I encountered earlier.
