I was scheduled to received a tow service for my blue Odyssey via the car insurance. The person in charge of the tow refused to assist arguing a pile of ice was blocking the vehicle. I will enclose a picture of the scene. Either Fix Auto LLC and Progressive are not reliable providers in their respective fields.

Had a flat on my car. They took 2 hours to get to me. Then we he gets here the driver has his wife with him. And proceeds to tell me that he didn't know I was going with the vehicle. Then says he can't tow it with out ripping off my bummer and exhaust. Worst company. If I could I would give 0 stars I would

DO NIT BUT FROM THIS PLACE! They will scam you out of your money for junk cars. Didn’t have the vehicle 5 days before it broke down and left us stranded with a possible locked engine. They won’t work with you either SCAM
