Everyone beware !! Called in and told them I needed flex pipe replaced on my 04 Camry. Owner called later that same afternoon asking the year of the car and what engine. I told him . We hung up . I take my car there today 10/17/25 and drop it off. I wait for most of the day to hear from them with a quote. Never heard a word . My phone goes off and it’s the workers calling saying my cars complete. Never at this point have I received a quote yet so… I ask what the total is and he says $558 and some change . Remind you I have already looked up the part from oreilly and they have one in stock at the Boonville location for $24 after tax . Long story talk to the owner and I explained to him I never received nor approved any kind of quote on my car yet. He rudely answers back with “ if you know so much about working on cars then why didn’t you just do the work yourself .” Very professional !! Just want everyone to know this before they get taken advantage of of a $23 part . Owner ended up letting me have the part at cost but… the part at cost was not what I needed. I needed at $23 part and I had to pay for $23 part and a $250 catalytic converter. Nothing wrong with the one he took off my car.

I was charged $258 for a front end alignment. Old guy claimed the brakes went out and the clutch didn't work, but the truck has all new parts! I'm not sure if he was trying to get more business or doesn't know how to drive a manual. They ran my new battery completely dead so he pushed the truck onto my trailer with a tractor. Got the truck home and noticed they didn't even tighten the control arm bolts! They charged a $80+ to replace the new bolts I had already installed. Complete waste of time and a lot of money. Report filed with BBB so there's a record of negligence. He made up a story for his BBB response. If they'll lie to the BBB they'll lie to you! Truck is still driven daily with the same clutch that "needed replacement" and the brakes still work. Don't waste your time or risk your safety with this place!!!

Took our truck in for an alignment, and they checked out an issue we were having with the engine at no charge. The alignment was cheaper than the original quote. I had to leave the truck there, and they gladly gave me a ride back to my house and then picked me up when our truck was ready. EXCELLENT WORK!!!
