We had to get our sons car towed early Monday morning … driver was speedy , accurate, and gave instructions to our son as to what to look for… he really went out of his way and was concerned about our son and not just getting the job done. We really, really appreciate that! We will definitely use them again. Should the need ever arise

Literally says open 24/7. Yet you call no answer call back a sleeping man says hello..hoping to have a company you say looking for a car the was just towed hour ago. He yawns then says what car give make and model. He says hold on puts you on hold for over 10 mins. You hang up call back and he answers sleeping again saying hello. Say I called you put me on hold for a long time looking for call he says we're open 8 to 5. I said it says online 24/7. He said you miss understood me. Office is 8-5. Well it says 24/7 and I don't know about indiana but in KY and Ohio if they are not 24/7 truly it says 8-5. On call for towing. Fix your hours if you are not actually open 24/7 with an operator or dispatcher. Fix it for office hours and post and on call number. Also if your a tow truck driver for the night shift you should be sleeping during the day not night when calls come in because waking up during a call and driving shortly after is very dangerous just as bad as a person drinking and driving.

Simply the best towing and trucking company out there. They are professional, timely, and full of integrity. Corey always makes things happen no matter what. I ask him constantly are you sure you can do this and his response is “we’ll make it work”. The rest of the staff including Mallory are beyond helpful. The drivers are even more amazing. Great communicators who are constantly hustling. I admire this company a lot
