Thank you so much Joe!!! You just came and rescued me from St Joe MICHIGAN to portage indiana, and the entire experience felt like a family member coming to my rescue. I received a very polite response when i called crying and freaking out during this cold snap at 8pm. He was very calm, and relayed all the info and rates i needed, and showed up right when he said he would. The towing experiencing was efficient, effective, and very relieving. Other tows i called this night were rude, hung up on me, and were so condescending. Thank you for being a real Joe and coming out to St Joe for a -10 degree rescue. Also remember how I said I didn’t need the ride back because my boyfriend was coming to pick me up? He didnt know who I was getting a tow from at the time and just wanted to make sure i was safe, but he was SO relieved to hear it was Joes Towing because it turns out he is related to you! He said “there’s not a single other person I would’ve trusted, had I known i would’ve said absolutely ride back with Joe” After reading these reviews on my ride back, i’ve come to learn everyone else also knows Joe is a good, safe, professional driver to ride back with too. Thanks for treating me like family, whether you knew we had relation to eachother or not!

They were very careful as they pulled the motorcycle. The technician made sure the bike was safe and balanced while it was being moved, and then they delivered it without any problems. I was sure that the business was good at what they did because they took such good care of my things.

I personally know and love Joe and never knew I’d have to call his service one day! My car got stuck in a ditch, I immediately knew who to call! He had an amazing worker come help me, and got me set up with a place to further fix my car too. I love love love Joe’s Towing and will always recommend them to anyone!!! Especially after receiving their great service myself! Y'all rock.
