I had issues with my car and needed a tow from New Castle to Muncie Ind. Fred and Brian showed up and made my experience pleasant. Both were very patient and helpful. Price was very reasonable and fair. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs wrecker service.

At my work place which is a very busy store, an older lady had locked her keys, purse and phone in her trunk. Front windows up tight. By chance Hopkin's Towing was picking up a car in the lot so I went and asked him and he kindly came over, opened and didn't even charge her. I had only been at work for 10 minutes but to experience that act of kindness lifted my whole day and I told several people to call him if they ever need a tow. Bless this man.

We have used Hopkins towing for many years and unfortunately today will be the last. I had a dually 1 ton towed 2.1 miles, unknown to me until upon arrival at the delivery location I was informed the tow was $350. I then questioned why the tow was so excessive for the 2.1 mile trip. Upon challenging the pricing he begins to explain he has already run my card, and presents $30 in cash, I question this and he presents $50 cash. This is extremely shady business practice and excessive price gauging. I would advise to find an alternative service before this happens to you. Brian Hopkins did not complete this service like the usual. For reference, Paddocks Towing transported a 1 ton dually with a salter full of salt and 9’2” snow plow 20 miles from Lebanon to Noblesville in sub zero temps for $350.
