I was broke down on the side of a country road and called them. I was told that the driver was on another call and he'd be there right after. The person wasn't able to give me an exact price. She just said it would be between $250 and $300. After about an hour and a half I called back and was told that he was still on the other call and it would be at least another hour. Finally after about 4 hours I tried calling back to let them know I was going to call someone else but noone answered. I tried back twice more but never got an answer. I called Davis Towing and they had someone there in an hour. Affordable never did get back ahold of me. I highly recommend avoiding Affordable Towing. Call Davis Towing instead. They were also over a hundred dollars less expensive than the price that "Affordable" Towing quoted me. Davis only charged me $160.

The alternator went out in my single mom friend's van last night. After she waited 3 hours for the tow truck to arrive, she was told that her child would not be able to ride in the truck. Understandable. However, the driver wouldn’t even allow my friend the couple minutes it takes to unhook her personal carseat from the van so she could have someone get her and her child and safely take them home. Instead he said "lady, its a busy night" and left her to walk home with her young child in the cold. Very disturbing behavior, especially so close to christmas. After my urging, my friend did call and spoke to a manager- the next day. She was refunded for the tow.

Shout out to Daniel at Affordable Towing. AC not working, he answered all my questions and squeezed my car into his schedule. Diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue and since he did the repair, the diagnosing fee was waived. I am a happy customer and will be extra thankful the end of this week when I need to go out of town in 110⁰ temps!
