Update, since I’ve posted this review, the company called me back to say if I took my post down, they would refund my money...NOT because it’s the right thing to do ? I would rather lose the $65 and let everyone know what this company is about…be cautious!!!! When I got a flat tire yesterday, I called this company. He asked me if I had a spare and I told him no and then said well I don’t know. I was required to pay him $65 before the repair which I did. This man could not get my spare out from under my car so instead he put a screw in my tire, aired my tire up and that’s it….yes, I paid $65 for air. I thought for sure I would get some sort of refund but here I said the morning after now waiting on somebody else to come and help me with my flat tire..

Our parents were moving here from out of state. They rented a 26 foot U-Haul truck and backed into the yard to unload their furniture downstairs. With our recent weather, the ground was softer than expected and the truck sank 8-10 inches into the mud. The truck was also approximately 75 to 100 feet from the paved road. Razor towing came and pulled the truck out of the mud in less than 30 minutes. The driver was very professional and their services were reasonable. Would definitely recommend and use again if I had too.

I have no idea what happened with communication, but this company was suppose to be out to my house to tow my car in 60-90 mins. That was well over 3 and half hours ago. I called the company and the guy said he's stuck in traffic and said I'd need to get another tow company to pick it up...umm what? You couldn't call me and tell me that earlier? Horrible!!!
