My wife hit a deer and we went through Progressive Insurance, which has a great working relationship with Caliber Collision. The whole process was seamless—filed the claim online and within about an hour Caliber reached out by text/call to schedule the repair appointment. They also coordinated with Enterprise so we had a rental right away. We received clear status updates throughout the repair, and their follow-up questions were timely and helpful.
