This towing company handled our situation with clear bias, poor professionalism, and racial profiling. A family member of mine had previously had a suspended license, but they went through all the necessary steps to get it reinstated. Unfortunately, when they were recently pulled over, the officer’s system still showed the license as suspended — even though it had already been reinstated. As a result, the car was towed. We took an Uber to the towing facility to retrieve the vehicle. From the moment we arrived, we were met with suspicion. We were asked how we got there, and even after clearly stating we used an Uber, the staff continued questioning us like we were lying. The receptionist or owner made a snide remark about how it must’ve cost us “a pretty penny” to take an Uber — even though we only live about 20 minutes away. It was obvious that we were being judged based on our appearance and assumptions were being made. Shortly after we left, we saw them call the police and begin searching their lot as if we had done something wrong — despite simply coming to pick up a car that was unfairly towed. Watching them look around while we stood across the street made it clear: they didn’t believe our story not because of facts, but because of racial profiling. No one should be treated this way. The entire situation was rooted in assumptions, bias, and a lack of basic respect. I strongly recommend others, especially people of color, to think twice before dealing with this company.

Horrible service! They charge you for services they didn't perform and won't perform! They give you a final bill with ridiculously inflated prices!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT
