I have bought many cars in my life, and this is the best experience I have ever had. I was looking for a higher mileage but nice car for my wife, and found just what I wanted on this lot through Autotrader. The car was in much nicer condition than you would expect for a 2013. When I went to drive it I found out it had new tires, brakes and struts, which was not in the original description. These folks know customer service! It was certainly worth the 45 minute drive to buy this car.

Fred did an outstanding job of making things right on a couple of issues that were discovered at a local repair facility, and we are extremely grateful and pleased!! And we just LOVE the super-nice 2007 Toyota Highlander that he put us in. Indy Auto Exchange is a very clean and pleasant dealership, and everyone is so friendly. Take it from my wife and I : it’s just different away from the big city. There’s just a more relaxed vibe in a small town. Including here. We look forward to many years of fine motoring.
