I bought a truck and found this company because it was closest to the address the truck was located at. So I didn’t need it towed but simply loaded on row back and put on my trailer for me to haul myself. I called them and asked what it would cost, the lady asked me for all my info , address they’d need to go which was mere minutes from they’re location but anyway she simply scheduled a driver to meet me at the location with no quote on what it would actually cost. My thinks was $46-$75 bucks and I always tip drivers if they’re pleasant and willing to actually help more then just hooking and dragging. Met the driver he was nice , respectful, helpful, he took good care of me so my complaint has absolutely nothing to do with the driver just simply the outrageous over pricing. We finished up I asked what’s the damage and the guys says $100 dollars. My response was surprise. $100 dollars to put the truck onto my trailer seems a bit expensive so the guy double checks says they quoted me the price before hand. No they did not because you wouldn’t be here doing it had I known it was that much. I literally could’ve had it towed from Talbott to my house in Brockland Acres and put on my trailer at home for $125 and I could’ve stayed home and not drive completely across town. So anybody when you call this place check pricing because it’s about double what you’d expect other company’s in town. I always use the same people except for this time right here. I guess it’s like cheating on your barber. Fellas don’t cheat on your local towing company looking to save a dollar because you won’t. I wanna stress that the driver did an amazing job and I have nothing bad to say about him. I still tipped him $30 .

TDLR: No damage to my vehicle, promptly friendly service. I’d recommend to anyone. After finally getting in touch with AAA, they were able to allocate Casper towing service due to my cars engine overheated about 40miles from my destination. They came within 15 minutes and gave a look under my hood and offered some advice, just out of a courtesy. Which I really appreciated because their assumption turned out to be true once getting bringing to mechanic. I cannot recall the drivers name but he was uber nice; we were sharing stories about the area both from out of state showing appreciation. He even managed to get my car into a parallel parking spot between cars.
