Arrived for pickup at 2 PM around 7 trucks were ahead of me. They finally loaded me at 9:30 PM. Not planning to come back here again. Missed my delivery appointment because of the delay, so we’ll see what that will cost me. And now I have to drive overnight… The staff was nice, but the forklift drivers come into your trailer at full speed. Make sure you inspect your trailer before leaving. I’m discovered the damage on the second day, but I can’t prove anything because they loaded at night and unloaded at night.

Nothing good about this facility. First, they don't let you to wait for your dock at the facility, second, tight docks, third, forklift operator is racing inside of MY TRAILER, fourth, i was waiting 3 hours to give me a dock and two more to get loaded (5 hours total). I gave them 2 stars just beacuse i've seen worse

Though the facility is new with plenty of room to maneuver, I give the experience here one star solely due to the power tripping shipping clerk/forklift driver. He tells drivers that they need to be straight in the dock which is obvious but even if you are as straight as can be he feels the need to come out and bark that you need to move over. I literally pulled forward and backed straight back not altering my position at all. He also proceeds to show me the dock beside me saying that we need to drop a trailer here indicating that I'm so crooked that it can't be done. I hope the picture comes through and everyone can see exactly how much room and how straight I was. The place may be nice but this guy is a joke.
