On my 1000-mile trip from Louisiana to Indiana, my car overheated 6 times which caused me to delay my travels by about 3 hours. Once I got settled in on Thursday, my family recommended that we try to get the car serviced at Bender's. Needing to leave and head back on the following Saturday, he had scheduled my car to be looked at on Thursday and Friday of the following week. When dropping off the car, and giving a few details and insights to the problem, Mr. Bender was very courteous and responsive with the information provided. All in all, he discovered that my transmission fluid needed to be replaced and that a couple of sensors had gone bad. He also identified a couple of areas that needed some tightening up in the engine bay. While doing the services, he was in constant communication with us. Letting us know what the problems were and how he addressed them. On my 1000-mile trip back down to Louisiana, the car did not have any problems at all! It just strolled it's way across the states. Everything sounded better and it felt like a different car. A literal night and day difference. Fantastic services in a timely fashion. I would hands down recommend this shop for any sort of auto repair needs. Great job and good work!

I have take two separate vehicles here and he is a great guy I hope to have him as my long time mechanic although I also hope indo not have to see him often. He is honest about the work that needs done and if he has any suggestions on other repairs. He is one the best I've ran across. I will continue business with him as long as cars need maintenance that I can't do myself.
