Lazer Tow was so fast and efficient! It took less than 2 hours from calling to getting towed and I was able to easily pay over the phone as I was not with the vehicle! I’ve waited before for more than four-five hours for a tow so this was lightening fast service! They even sent me pictures of my vehicle at the shop once they dropped off. Amazing company and would work with them again and recommend to family & friends! Thank you! Heather

I left a 5 star review before I noticed the damage on my vehicle. But we called our insurance, asked too help unlock our car as I left my keys in the vehicle and the vehicle was locked. And noticed damage on our vehicle. Damage includes door not being able to shut properly, 2 dents on the top of the vehicle door which can lead to rain getting inside of the vehicle which can attract mold. Been trying to reach someone to help fix our problem but we have had no phone call as we have called multiple times and said the owner would be giving me/us a call.

This is one of those industries where nobody’s happy about having to do business with them, but the professionalism kindness and courtesy that was provided to me made the whole experience as painless as it could be. They were careful with my vehicle and were very accommodating with all things considered. Michele was a real treat and a great help and has a great personality. She was wonderful to work with. Definitely glad there’s a personable and friendly team out there. You can rely on for a service that you hope to never need.
