Appreciate getting an appointment the same day. when I looked at the service ticket it said that a tire rotation was included in the oil change price. I do not believe that the tires were rotated. The price I was originally quoted was over $100. I was happy with the price when he took an additional $20 off. Had all the services stated on the work ticket been performed I think it was a fair price.

My experience at Meineke Grandview location was great! The customer service was more than excellent, Michael was the one who helped us. He was very friendly and very informative. The process as a whole was very easy. I dropped off my car off in the morning and was able to pick it up That afternoon with all repairs done. They also offer different financial options with no credit check needed to pay off my repairs in installments, which is very helpful . I would gladly recommend this company to friends and family and will be going back if I need any other repairs or oil changes in the future.

I just moved to Grandview 2 weeks ago and of course my car decides to explode and leak out all of its fluids right after we closed on our house. I found Meineke on Google and decided to go with them due to their great reviews - they didn’t disappoint! From the moment the tow truck dropped my car off until I picked it up, they were communicative, honest, and transparent with me about the status of my car. They made sure I left with my car running safely and didn’t completely break the bank compared to other places. I will definitely be back if my car decides to give me trouble again!
