Horrible horrible business I give him 5 stars to bring awareness of what kind of business this is! Called in to get a quote for my vehicle, from the start of the conversation very aggressive and rushed called straight to the point he said $400. I was Surprised by that because my wife prior to this call, she called a month before and got quoted for $500. I mentioned the call from my wife and the $500 offer. His words “congratulations!” Can we still do $500. “No, you must have the wrong number in the the one who give prices I’m the boss I’m the owner actually” I told him “thank you very much boss man but I’m oh k” his respond was a surprise and hung up “you sounds alright”… very rude conversation I called him back to get his name being the owner and face of that business. He answered and said his name was “TOMMY”, and proceeded to threaten me “you wanna play games oh k play games, I own you I know everything about you and I will call and spam your number where you won’t be able to ignore them”and cursed me out in Spanish I knows this because I speak the language. Call ended and a few minutes later SENT ME A TEXT WITH MY FIRST NAME (Wrong middle name) LAST NAME, HOME ADDRESS SAYING “LETS PLAY BALL GAME.”

A little late since this was from 2024, but I remembered this guy and he deserves a bad review. He is a really rude and awful individual. I don’t usually insult people over business but he was the one who started that. Called me a “whiteboy” who doesn’t know a thing about cars. He was screaming and really just trying to escalate things. The best part is, after that whole thing he offers me $500. I laughed at his joke of an offer. Just go and sell the car on Facebook marketplace, maybe if he was nicer I’d say to go there. But on top of trying to scam you out of your money, the guy is incredibly rude and dishonest. STAY AWAY from this place. I sold my car for $1500 on my own 2 weeks after dealing with this guy Update: You said all of the other people were “lying” too. I couldn’t even make up a story that good. Your dishonesty will eventually catch up to you, and with your deplorable and stupid responses it’ll only prove my point and everyone else’s further

I would love to see the story he makes up about me when our conversation was VERY brief. “ make model of the vehicle “ I Proceeds to give the information and he throws a price without even knowing what’s wrong with the car. I asked him to repeat himself, he follows with attitude. Customer service goes a long way. Being a little nicer wouldn’t hurt.
