The service from this place is beyond ridiculous and needs to be reported. They tow on a holiday and have people waiting for over an hour for someone to release the cars. They don’t answer the phone on purpose even when different people are trying to reach them. We arrived at 2:20pm and another individual had been waiting for over 20minutes before us. The attendant arrived later at 3:05 after calling and speaking with a lady who was rude and told us we had to wait for another 20minutes because she was coming from lunch as if this place isn’t supposed to be open 24hours.

I got my vehicle towed twice from this place MIND YOU I’ve been Trying to get my car back since 4 AM I got there at four. No one was there and I’ve been calling about 70 times. No one’s been answering. I went back at 8 AM when they were supposed to be open. No one was there. No one was answering the phone I Call at 9 AM. No one was still answering and she claimed they open at 9 AM on weekends. I finally got an answer back at 10 in the morning. This is the worst towing company I have ever encountered in my life and I am going to file a report very unprofessional such an inconvenience I had to call out of work couldn’t even get my car back till 11 AM. This is insane. Never have I ever encountered such a terrible company and unprofessionalism in my life. They need to get shut down for good. Mind you This picture was taken at 8 AM when they were supposed to be open didn’t get An answer back till 10 in the morning worst place ever. By the way she had the audacity to say she seen I called “100 Times” very unprofessional and lazy

I only gave this place one star so I could write the review! Terrible terrible business! They charged me an arm and leg $205 to retrieve my vehicle just for me to get there and nobody be at the gate but they’re open 24 hours? Very stupid and unprofessional somebody should be working at all time if yall hours are listed as you being open for 24 hours everyday. I’m lividdddd!!! And annoyed as hell do not come here for anything!!!!
