Awful towing company I paid $170 to get my car back which is just a cruel price for people to pay. There tow trucks fly up and down the road dangerously with one being inches away from my mother’s car. Going to report to the DOT for reckless driving. Edit: Recorded the phone call with disrespectful customer service and he called me a curse word at the end, will definitely be reporting!

Car got towed here, under nonsense circumstances but I don’t think that’s the toe yards fault, what was their fault though is that after I paid the $170 fee, my card details got stolen the day after. Tow yard employee took my card into the back of the office when I paid, I should’ve seen that coming. Many DoorDash charges on my card afterwards.

Slimy workers and business practice. They towed my car and confirmed it was a misunderstanding because I am a resident who pays for the parking garage. I called ahead and talked with them, I confirmed with them that all I needed was my ID. I get there and confirm that ALL I need is my ID, and they say “yeah all you need is to sign this release” and then they slap me with a $170 fee which wasn’t discussed before and block my car in. I already talked with my leasing office about this and hopefully compel them to not work with this company anymore. Edit: So like I said, I had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience with this company. Before going to pick up my car, I called ahead to confirm what I needed to bring. I was told that all I needed was my ID and to sign a release form—no mention of any fees. When I arrived, I even clarified again, and they still did not mention any charges. However, after signing the release, they blocked my car in and suddenly demanded a fee that was never previously disclosed. This kind of shady, bait-and-switch behavior is completely unacceptable and feels intentionally deceptive. If you ever have to deal with this company, be aware that they may mislead you about costs and wait until the last second to demand payment. I strongly recommend avoiding them if possible.
